3.5" (9 cm.) Each is one-piece bisque figure of little flapper-era girl with sculpted short dress
and sculpted bobbed hair,one with hair bow,side-glancing eyes,and each girl is holding a
celluloid balloon attached on a wire string as though the balloon is flying. Marked "Germany".
Excellent condition,few light paint rubs. Circa 1920.
