10" (25 cm.) One-piece all-bisque figure of shaggy-haired white pup,posed begging with two front paws modestly held down,having painted brown eyes with black outlined and white eyedots,brown painted collar. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst stamp) Made in Germany (blue stamp). Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1915. Value Points: superb details of sculpting on the large-sized model including shaggy forelock curl sculpted away from face,and uplifted curly tail at the back; a sculpted loop at the collar has an original attached metal lock.
