10" (25 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue glass sleep eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth with downcast lips,accent line between the lips,brunette human hair
wig,composition five piece toddler body,nicely costumed in blue velvet suit,lace collar and
cuffs,velvet cap. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 8420 2/0 Heubach (square mark)
Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1915,the model was made with either open or
closed mouth,the closed mouth version being much rarer. Value Points: charming toddler with
plump torso to complement the well-rounded cheeks,appealing wistful expression.
