Description
5.5" (14 cm.) A bisque egg with sculpted green ribbon decorations has a removable lid for use as a candy container. The lid is decorated as though little children are emerging from the egg shell. There are five different bisque heads of children one with sculpted bonnet,one with leafy bonnet,one with only nose and eyes peeking out. Condition: the back of the egg lid has restoration texture,but there is no damage visible on the interior or exterior,otherwise excellent. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: wonderful Easter candy container whose sculpting details include five different character heads.
