Description
2" (5 cm.) Each 2" head width. 3"-5" h. including decorations. The three firm-sided military caps
have black leather-like brims,grey or blue wool flannel sides,and are decorated with gilt metal
ornaments,along with gold braid and pom-poms.Two of the hats are identified by interior ink-
script label,including Officier Artillierie 1855 and Ecole Imperiale 1853. The parade helmets were
created as models for use by uniform tailors and milliners,and are suitably sized for poupee
about 12"-15". Excellent condition. French,late 19th century.
