7" (18 cm.) A porcelain baby with sculpted bonnet,hair and painted facial features is posed as
though in a taufling costume decorated with maroon ribbons,her arms exposed and a rattle held
in her right hand. The taufling baby forms the lid of a trinket box; the base is the child̴s baby
bed and blankets. Excellent condition. Mid-19th century.
