10" (25 cm.) All-bisque figure of young child in seated pose,head slightly inclined,toes curled upward,his individually-sculpted fingers playing with his big toe,having deeply-sculpted light-brown hair with topknot and forelock curl,intaglio blue eyes with white eyedots,red and black upper eyeliner,short feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with accented lips,sculpted white night shirt modeled as though unbuttoned on one should. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: large example of the most appealing model allowing for exceptionally fine quality of sculpting of character dimples,hair curls,fingers and toes,costume folds.
