15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with rounded face and very full cheeks and
chin,sculpted light blonde hair with defined topknot,forelock curl and side curls,large googly
eyes with deeply-intaglio-sculpted side and down-glancing googly eyes,painted red and black
thin upper eyeliner,angled brows,tiny rounded nose,unusually-shaped mouth with shaped and
dimpled lips,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,nicely costumed. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 8556 Heubach (in square) Germany 6. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa
1915. Value Points: the rarity of the model,especially in this wonderful toddler size,is rivaled by
its wonderful characterization,choice bisque and painting,original body and body finish.
