Description
17" (43 cm.) w. x 15"h. x 12"d. The wooden-framed colonial-style two-floor dollhouse has a
removable front that exposes the four interior rooms,and a hinged roof for attic access. The
exterior front has four windows with upper small panes,paneled shutters,two red window
boxes,and a steepled eave above the front door; there are two windows at each side. Condition:
generally excellent,red hinging tape at roof appears to be replacement. Comments:
Schoenhut,the house was the smallest model available in the firm̴s 1930 catalog,described as
"a line of very artistic high class doll houses". Value Points: well-preserved condition includes
original potted window boxes,and original curtains.
