Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) h. The metal chair has original
brown painted finish with five-petal flowers
across the back top-rail and painted dots on the
five spindles. The legs are nicely turned and the
metal seat is designed to appear as it is a woven
rush seat. Excellent condition. English,Evans and
Cartwright,circa 1840. Provenance Vivien Greene
Collection.
