20" (51 cm.) w. x 20"h. x 6"d. The wooden-framed theatre with gesso-sculpted details on the
front,original paint with blue and gilt accents and word "Opera",lithograph-paper on base to
simulate carved marble,and set-back stage with faux-carpet floor and scenic background,upon
which are posed five porcelain-head dolls in their original theatrical costumes. Very good
condition. French,circa 1890.
