Description
12" (30 cm.) Sculpted wood or paper-mache with
deeply defined features of aged woman,having hook
nose and pointy jaw,artistically painted
features,original wig with tiny ringlet
curls,wooden body with jointing at
shoulders,elbows and hips,and wearing her original
peddler costume of fine old transfer pattern
cottons,black and red cape,and mounted on original
wooden stand along with a basket of chickens.
Excellent condition. English,circa 1820.
