10" (25 cm.) Of fine woods,the bookcase desk with slanted front has carved crown,arched glazed
windows above,with shelved interior,three interior niches,with faux-leather writing surface,inlay
design around the slant lid and inlay-striping around the two dove-tailed lower drawers,and
having brass knobs and pull ring,pull-out writing lid supports,with original finish. Excellent
condition. Probably English,early-19th century.
