9" (23 cm.) l. bed. 8"h. doll. Comprising a pressed dash-tin canopy day-bed,arm chair and tin
night-stand with painted finish to simulate rosewood,the bed with cover,pillows and canopy,the
chair with red tufted silk upholstery. Along with a paper-mache shoulder head doll with rarer
carved wooden articulated body,the doll with sculpted ornate coiffure,wearing nurse or
governess original costume. Furniture is fair/good condition with crackling of bed paint,rubs on
chair and stand,upholstery not original. Doll excellent. Germany,furniture by Rock & Graner,circa
1865.
