5" (13 cm.) h. and l. of bed. Of soft metal with extravagant detail on head and foot board,the bed
is painted a rich gilt with black accents,and has high canopy top,fitted with rose silk,lace,and
ribbons. Along with a soft metal fancy cradle on canopy frame that is also beautifully fitted and
holds a small all-bisque swivel-head doll. Excellent condition. Germany,probably Babette
Schweizer,circa 1890.
