Description
5 1/2"(14 cm.) l. recamier. Each of lightwood with decorative paper finish in gilt-stenciled
mahogany color to simulate the inlay style of French furniture maker,Andre Charles Boulle. The
group is a rare petite size and includes recamier,settee,and three chairs with original magenta
silk upholstery (silk frail on settee),upright piano with movable keys; cabinet with blue-lined
interior and mirrored door; and round pedestal table. Along with two 4 1/2"bisque shoulder head
dolls with sculpted brown hair (one with hair bow),original bodies and bisque limbs,nicely
costumed. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1885. $1100/1500
