Description
16" (41 cm.) x 11". The wooden domed top trunk with embossed gilded tin covering and wooden and black iron straps, hinges open to a beautifully fitted interior with lift-out trays and compartments having lithographed decorations. The trunk has the original paper label of "Hunter Trunk & Bag Co, Trunks, Bags, and Traveler's Supplies, 162 Asylum Street, Hartford, Conn". Excellent condition. American, circa 1910.
