9" (23 cm.) Paper-mache shoulder head with black sculpted hair in upswept fashion,curls around
the face and chignon at the back of head,painted facial features with excellent detail,slender kid
body,wooden lower limbs. The doll is wearing her original folklore costume. Excellent
condition,fading of costume fabrics. Germany,circa 1840.
