Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) desk. Of a fine fruitwood with warm honey-toned natural finish,the furniture set
is decorated with scroll-shaped inlays and beaded edging. Included is a drop front desk with
dark stained interior drawers and marbled-paper writing surface,above two drawers; glazed-
door bookcase with marbled-paper shelving; narrow hanging mirror; three-drawer chest; settee
with maroon velvet upholstery; side table; and two side chairs. Excellent condition,gilt paper
edging on sofa is worn. Germany,circa 1880.
