Description
6" (15 cm.) l. table. 4"h. chair. The cast metal
oval table with trestle-style base,and set of six
matching balloon-back chairs. Each piece is each
painted to simulate rosewood and then decorated
with painted designs highlighted by flowers on the
table top and on each of the seats. Gold edging
and scalloping add further accents. Excellent
condition. English,attributed to Evans and
Cartwright,circa 1840.
