Description
3" (8 cm.) x 2 1/2"larger. The larger portraying a semi-profile of a beautiful woman with
arranged curls at her crown and tumbling to the sides of her face,with jeweled diadem and
necklace,rich costume including paisley shawl,in original cast brass frame. The small oval
depicting an older robust man with full white periwig and ruffled jabot,in original brass-plated
tin frame. Both excellent. Early-19th century,superbly painted images of aristocratic persons.
