Description
38" (97 cm.) w. x 12"h. x 15"d. Two wooden-framed rooms with paint-grained exterior to
simulate exotic woods feature a wide open doorway between the rooms,five windows with
heavily carved cornices above the windows,and lithographed paper panels and borders below.
The wall-paper is original and has matching floor and ceiling borders in both rooms. There is a
lithographed paper floor in the larger room,simulating carpet,and a plain wooden floor in the
smaller room. A six-arm metal candelabra is in the smaller room along with a beautiful woven
beaded carpet. Good/very good condition. Germany,circa 1880.
