Description
6"h. curio. Each is of pressed tin with shaded brown painted finish to simulate rosewood,and
each is enhanced with shaded green/bronze gargoyle embellishments. Including corner curio
cabinet with pierced back walls,graduated scalloped-edge shelves,and gargoyle feet; desk with
fretwork trim,two working upper drawers,yellow-lined niches,and gargoyle supporting legs; and
an oval table with center pedestal and four gargoyle legs. Excellent condition. Rock &
Graner,Germany,circa 1875,each of the pieces was illustrated in the firm's 1875 Musterbucher
(master sample book).
