3 1/2". Of soft metal with elaborately scrolled sides and rocking base,the chair has a wide seat
and back in lattice design to simulate cane,and is decorated with scroll applique on the back and
a five-color scalloped drape on the seat front. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1900.
