Description
35" (89 cm.) w. x 16"h. x 17"d. Two framed dollhouse rooms with richly-grained oak
floors,columns,ceiling edging and matching cornices,have finished exterior with original grey
finish,green wooden frames on windows with matching cardboard shutters. There is an unusual
sliding glass door between the two rooms with bone knobs (one knob missing) and the floors are
richly inlaid with three different woods. Original wallpapers are in each room (some wear at
upper back corner of bedroom). The three parlor windows and two bedroom windows each have
original curtains and wooden valences,and the house has two small carpets,some prints,bell-
ringer,and a partial furniture set with green velvet upholstery that appears original to the house.
An unusual and early Germany house of fine craftsmanship. Excellent condition. Circa 1870.
