7 1/2" sofa. The wooden-framed parlor set is upholstered in maroon velvet with inset patterned-
velvet panels that are outlined with striped cording. Each piece has matching silk fringe and
braid,and the sofa arms are decorated with figural ormolu lion's heads. The set comprises sofa
and four chairs. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1890.
