7"l. A pine wooden Swedish clavichord with lithographed paper cover to simulate a richly-
grained rosewood has simple paper-hinging to allow the lid to be opened twice exposing a
stencilled paper design and painted wooden keys. The clavichord rests on four shapely wooden
legs and has a lyre-shaped pedal frame,with original painted brown finish. Excellent condition.
