Description
22"w. x 12"d. x 26"h. The two story wooden house has original painted cream/ochre finish
with pencil-striping at the sides and forming window frames. The house is designed to
separate into three parts: first floor and second floor which each have a separate hinged
opening front wall,and closed attic. There are four windows with sills on each floor,and two
centered doors that hinge open. The first floor door is richly painted in yellow and blue and
has an arched half-window above; the second floor door has a glass window and is fronted by
a soft metal filigree balcony with wooden floor. Rich decoupage decorates the front and is
enhanced by a wide roof pediment with lively foliate decoupage. The interior first floor
features three rooms with two hinged connecting doors. Each room has its original
lithographed wallpaper and floors,and the kitchen has original built-in cupboard and
shelving,and original faux-stove with lithographed oven doors and faux-brick front. The
second floor is one large room. Very good/excellent condition. Marked 260/4 in pencil script
