To fit bebe about 24"-26". Of creamy silk velvet with elaborate folds that are virtually hidden by
the elaborate flounces of crepe-de-china and silk flowers that overlay the velvet,with padded
ivory silk satin lining,and velvet streamers. Excellent condition. French,circa 1885.
