9" (23 cm.) Standing upon a three-wheeled tinplate platform is a pretty bisque-head doll with
amber-brown glass eyes,painted features,closed mouth,pierced ears,brunette mohair wig over
cork pate,carton torso,bisque forearms. When wound the doll turns her head side to side,waves
arms up and down as though showing the flowers she holds,and the platform moves forward and
in circles. Condition: generally excellent,fingers broken on right hand. Marks: G. Vichy Paris.
Comments: Vichy,Paris,circa 1880. Value Points: the beautiful little girl is wearing her fresh and
vibrant factory-original costume.
