lashes,mauve-blushed eye shadow,dark eyeliner,brush-stroked and multi-feathered
brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth with defined space between the
outlined and shaded lips,separately-modeled and pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork
pate,French composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight
wrists,lovely old aqua silk dress and bonnet,undergarments,high laced leather boots signed
L.I. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 11 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body).
Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa 1885,his model known as Bebe Triste in reference to its sad
and wistful expression. Value Points: an appealing size with dreamy eyelids enhancing the
very deep paperweight eyes,beautiful bisque,original body and body finish.
