paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,rose-blushed eye
shadow,brush-stroked feathered brows,rounded nose with shaded nostrils,closed
mouth,modeled space between the outlined shaded lips,heart-shaped upper lip,pierced
ears,brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate,gutta-percha bebe body with plump-
shaping of both torso and limbs,attached-ball-jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and
knees,the legs designed to appear as one-piece when standing upright,well-defined toes and
fingers,beautiful antique dress is included. Condition: generally excellent,original body finish
is darkened with some paint flakes,yet remarkably sturdy. Marks: Huret 34 Boul Haussman
Paris (stamp on torso). Comments: Maison Huret,Lemoine epoch,1883,an early version of the
Bebe Huret with its original gutta percha body. Value Points: extremely rare bebe with
outstanding quality of sculpting that appears almost to be hand-pressed and allows for
perfect expression of dimples,eye crinkles and plump chin,fine original and rare body with
original stamp.
