20" (51 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,painted lashes and brows,accented
nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth,dimpled chin,pierced ears,brunette upswept
wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed lady body with shapely bosom and waist,elongated
limbs. Condition: generally excellent. 1/2" hairline at back of head. Marks: 1159 S&H dep 7
(head) Heinrich Handwerck (body). Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1910. Value Points: the
lady doll owns a fine trousseau of the 1910 era including a very fine rose linen day dress,and an
elegant black beaded evening dress with wide-brimmed bonnet,in addition to four other
costumes.
