To fit poupee about 20". Of a textured blue silk,the two-piece ensemble features a fitted bodice
with extended length sleeves over a skirt that hugs the body but is softened by tiers of ruffles
and ruching,with cotton print upper skirt that matches the jacket lining. Excellent condition.
