18" (46 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with slender facial modeling,blue glass enamel
inset eyes with spiral threading,dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut,painted lashes,brushstroked
and multi-feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with center accent
line,pierced ears,brunette mohair wig,kid gusset-jointed body with shapely torso,bisque
forearms,antique gown of white dotted Swiss,leather slippers,undergarments. Condition:
generally excellent,small rub on left cheek,body somewhat weak,hands perfect. Marks: 920.
Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1890. Value Points: rare model with beautiful
expression,artistic painting on delicate complexion.
