knees,high-heel posed feet,sleep eyes,long curly lashes,blonde hair. Costume: red velvet
strapless gown with flared skirt under fitted jacket that extends nearly to the floor and is edged
with black braid trim and jet buttons,taffeta frou-frou petticoat,pantalets,stockings,red sling
heels,black woven bonnet with red satin bows and dramatic netting,black lace fingerless
gloves,faux-ruby-and-diamond earrings and matching necklace. The costume is labeled
Alexander,the doll has original wrist booklet and original box labeled Godey 2195. Near mint
condition. Alexander,model 2195,the doll is shown on the cover of the 1969 Alexander catalog.
