Description
9" (23 cm.) All hard plastic with one-piece walking-style legs,socket head,dark blue sleep
eyes,painted lower lashes,auburn hair. Costume: "gown of heavy white satin,Juliet cap of lace
and nylon tulle bridal veil" as described in 1955 Alexander catalog; the gown trimmed with
torchon lace at the yoke,lace-edged taffeta petticoat and panties,garter,peach satin shoes with
ivory bows,floral bouquet to match flowers on cap. The costume is labeled Alexander-Kins and
she is preserved in her original box labeled Bride 475 and auburn. Pristine condition with
perfectly preserved coiffure,complexion and costume. Alexander,described as "Wendy makes a
beautiful bride" in the 1955 Alexander catalog.
