Description
21" (53 cm.) Vinyl socket head,adult-lady shaped torso,jointing at shoulders,hips and
knees,high-heel posed feet,sleep eyes,golden blonde hair in very elaborate coiffure with a
series of arranged curls,tiny braids,and ringlets interwoven with rhinestone hair ornaments.
Costume: sheer turquoise lavishly gathered gown with beaded lace bodice,and pleated ruffled
at neck,cuffs and hem,decorated with sprigs of sweetheart roses,pale aqua taffeta
petticoat,panties,stockings,silver sling heels,diamond earrings,solitaire and double-band blue
"sapphire" bracelet. The costume is tagged Alexander,the doll has original wrist booklet,and
original box. Near mint condition,gorgeous coiffure that is perfectly preserved,beautiful facial
complexion,very fresh and vibrant costume,minor green on wrist under bracelet.
Alexander,1965,the doll was presented on the cover of their 1965 catalog named "Southern
Belle".
