8" (20 cm.) h. 7"w. The walnut toilette table with fine spindled legs having ebony finish, and with beaded trim around the top edge, hinges open to reveal an inset oval mirror, and a fitted interior filled with a variety of miniature early sewing supplies. A gilded cover folio "Notes" is resting on the bottom shelf. Excellent condition. French, circa 1875.
