20" (51 cm.) Hard plastic socket head,hard plastic torso with adult-lady shape and legs jointed
at hips and knees,high-heel shaped feet,vinyl arms with elbow joints,blue/green sleep
eyes,auburn hair with side-curl bangs,and her hair waved back,clasped by a gold barette at
the crown and captured into curls at the nape. Costume: crisp aqua taffeta full-length gown
with low-cut bodice,double-pouf sleeves,decorated with aqua velvet sash and sweetheart
roses that match the trim on her dyed to match wide-brimmed woven bonnet,lavender taffeta
petticoat,panties,stockings,silver sling heels,faux-diamond drop earrings and solitaire
ring,pearl bracelet. The costume is labeled Cissy,Madame Alexander,and she is preserved in
her original box stamped Cissy 2176. Near mint condition,beautiful complexion,perfectly kept
coiffure,and splendid crisp and fresh costume. Alexander,1957,model 2176,the doll appeared
in the "Cissy Models her Formal Gown" series described as "radiant in a gown of whispering
taffeta".
