6" (41 cm.) The four all-cloth dolls have suede-like facial complexion with hand-painted facial
features,side-glancing brown eyes,small bow-shaped lips,soft mohair wigs with delicate curls in
various shades of brunette and blonde,stitch-jointed five piece bodies. Costumes: each is
wearing her original tagged cotton gown,petticoat,pantalets,socks,shoes. Each costume is tagged
with name of doll and Little Women,Madame Alexander Dolls (three are designated copyright,one
is Trademark Pending),and each doll is presented in her original labeled box. Excellent unplayed
with condition,costumes very fresh,nose tip rubs. Alexander,1933-34,the dolls were presented
by Madame Alexander to coincide with the RKO release of the Little Women film starring
Katherine Hepburn.
