Description
14"(36 cm.) All hard plastic with socket head and five-piece body,blue/green sleep
eyes,platinum-blonde hair in centerpart with primly-arranged curls at each side of head.
Costume: lilac taffeta faille gown with lace trim,wide embroidered cotton collar,silk-like
sash,full-length petticoat,pantalets,socks and shoes. Her hair and sash are decorated with
delicate lilac and blue floral clusters and she holds a matching corsage on her wrist. The gown is
tagged Godey Lady,Madame Alexander,and she has a clover tag on her wrist labeled Godey Lady.
She is preserved in her original box labeled Godey with Fashion Award seal. Near mint condition
with lovely complexion and pristine crisp costume and accessories. Alexander,1949.
