11"(28 cm.) Plastic head with sculpted and painted baby hair,sleep eyes,lashes,"O"shaped mouth
opening,latex body in bent limb baby shape. The doll is wearing its original pink organdy baby
dress,diaper,and booties and is resting in its original paper-covered wooden-framed case with
carrying handles. The case opens to reveal a beautifully designed interior lid with images of a
child playing the doll. Three lower drawers contains various baby accessories and costumes,and
also included are two booklets,"What every young doll mother should know"by Aunt Patsy. Very
good condition,typical drying of body,paper on trunk very worn. Effanbee,circa 1950.
