8" (20 cm.) All hard plastic,sleep eyes,lashes,closed mouth,blonde hair with bangs and flip
curls,bent-knee walking body. The doll is wearing her original pink taffeta party dress under
white organdy pinafore,two petticoats,panties,socks,white side-snap shoes,and is carrying her
pink and blue wrist booklet. Marks: Alex (doll) Alexander-kins (label on costume). Alexander,the
doll was presented in the 1953 catalog,the introductory year of the little doll that was described
in the catalog as "worthy of placing among cherished porcelains". Excellent condition,beautiful
complexion and superb crisp original costume,booklet.
