12"(30 cm.) Composition socket head with sculpted short curly brown hair with modeled loop for
real hair ribbon,painted blue side-glancing eyes,painted wide-open closed mouth,wooden torso
and large feet,composition hands,flexy-metal limbs allowing posable articulation. Excellent
original condition. Marks: Ideal Doll. Depicted is early vaudeville star,Fanny Brice,in her radio
portrayal of "Baby Snooks"that first aired in 1944; the actress was 40 years older than the
character she portrayed on the air. The doll is wearing her original costume and is perfectly
preserved.
