9"(23 cm.) All composition doll with socket head,painted reddish-brown short bobbed
hair,painted green-side-glancing eyes with large black pupils,rose-bud shaped lips,five piece
toddler body. The doll is wearing her original flowered cotton dress with matching
undergarments,shoes and socks,and carries her original gold heart paper label "This is
Patsyette". Marks: Effanbee Patsyette Doll. Circa 1935. Fine original painting and costume are
beautifully preserved.
