14"(36 cm.) Composition socket head which rests on swivel wooden neck,sculpted brown hair
with pronounced forelock curl,painted bright blue side-glancing eyes,upper lashes,comma-
shaped brows,button-shaped nose,closed mouth,muslin torso,composition arms and
legs,painted high black boots. The doll is wearing his original Effanbee aviator costume of khaki
cotton with faux-fur collar,pockets,belt,aviator wings emblem,and matching cap with leather
goggles. Marks: Effanbee Skippy c. P.L. Crosby. Excellent condition. Effanbee,circa 1938.
