forelock curls,painted blue side-glancing eyes,"dot"brows,closed mouth with impish smile,five-
piece composition toddler body with starfish-shaped fingers. The doll is wearing its factory
original cotton dress and bonnet,matching panties,socks and shoes. Scootles,designed by Rose
O'Neill from her Kewpie family,made by Cameo,circa 1935. Excellent condition with beautiful
complexion,original costume,rare size.
