8"(20 cm.) Brightly-decorated rattle-trap open-top car with brilliant orange finish is lettered
"Amos ïn Andy"and "Fresh Air Taxicab Co. of America"along with various slogans such as
"Rates,ask Amos","License applied for,time after time"and "Check and more check"familiar to
regular listeners of the popular early radio program in which Amos and Andy were featured. The
car has running boards,colorful wheels,headlights,horseshoe symbol,and fenders,and is peopled
by Amos,Andy and their dog. When wound,the auto rattles along in a bumpy,amusing manner
while the people bounce to and fro. Marx,copyright Correl and Gosden,circa 1930. Excellent
