Description
8" (20 cm.) All-hard plastic with socket head,sleep eyes,closed mouth,tosca hair with bangs and
flip curls,straight leg walking body. The doll is wearing her original yellow organdy dress with
lace edging,pale yellow petticoat,satin panties,socks,cream side-snap shoes,an extravagant
bonnet bordered with roses and bluettes,and carries her original Alexander-kins pink and blue
booklet. Near mint condition,gorgeous complexion with rosy cheeks,very crisp and fresh
costume. Marks: Alex (head) Alexander-kins (body). The doll appeared in the 1953 Alexander
catalog,the premiere year of issue of this little doll,and is preserved here in virtually pristine
condition
